MTOclean gives you our Personal Touch promise to treat your home as if it were our own. While some companies send droves of cleaners and others force you on a ‘rotation plan’, our philosophy is simple: we will meet with you personally to discuss your cleaning needs and develop a custom service plan to fit your lifestyle and schedule. Our franchisees cross train their staff so in cases of unforeseen circumstances, your regular cleaner can be substituted by another cleaner who knows your home and cleaning preferences without any disruption in your service.

MTOclean cleaning services include:

• Weekly/biweekly/monthly cleanings
• Seasonal, spring/fall cleanings
• Special event or one-time cleans
• Remodeling/construction cleanup
• Move-in/Move-out packages

Your Personal Touch service includes:

• Free in-person estimates.
• Ability to handle large jobs and tight time constraints.
• Only highly trained and insured cleaners.
• Follow up by the office owner or Quality Assurance manager.
• All cleaning supplies and chemicals.*
• Environmentally friendly cleaning products.*

* Our franchisees are required to use only high quality, environmentally friendly products and supplies. If you have specific concerns (ie. allergies, children, pets, etc.), please discuss them with the owner/manager prior to your cleaning date. Alternatively, if you have a product you would prefer your cleaner use, just mention it during your estimate.
